Here we have the main cast of bad guys for our film. I based the costumes design on some rough conceptual sketches Bruce had done about 5 years ago, when this piece was originally intended as a bridge between Justice League and Justice League Unlimited.
We made a few tweaks and alterations here and there, but for the most part I stayed pretty faithful to the original ideas.
Bad guys are fun! Major props to Dusty Abell for the slick ink clean-up line over my pencils.

Ultraman's design is what I do NOT understand.  He is Superman's counterpart, so how can he be taller?  Why did you make his symbol a simple letter "U"?  His symbol in the original trade paperback was a U within the inverted diamond, which was appropriate given the character's nature.  After all, you did replicate Owlman's costume.

:-? (Confused)

I don't know, why is Johnny Ginger when Barry is Blonde?

Johnny is Ginger because his counterpart is Wally, who is also Ginger.

Why did you give Ultra Man more muscles than Superman, eyeshadows, angrier eyebrows, a more crooked nose, and lower cheekbones? Did you really have to make it THAT obvious he is supposed to be evil? Couldn't he just have looked like Superman, but with different clothes and hairstyle? Do we really need the taboo ongoing about how evil people always must obviously LOOK evil? Even if it's based on Bruce's rough sketches, there was no reason for you not to improve on that silly prejudice thing, wouldn't you say? No disrespect meant, I appreciate and admire your work. :)
