Did he also have glowing red eyes, like a demon?

this is awesome! only recently found out about miyamoto musashi someone got me takehiko inoues vagabond for Christmas ^^ so Ive been researching him its crazy to think people like that existed .

I thought it was Kojiro that was referred to as Demon. Huh. Learn somethin' new every day.

Anyway, great work. I like the subtle touch with the paint lines on the face. It helps to sort of simulate the same effect as wrinkles, showing that he's older, but without making him look decrepit or worn down.

I seem to recall one of Miyamoto Musashi's defining characteristics was his duel-wielding swords, though I keep forgetting about when he developed that style. Was it when he was in his thirties, or forties?

As a side note, could you do a few Shinsengumi pics, if you have the time? Maybe it's the old Rurouni Kenshin fan in me, but I always liked Okita and Saito in particular.

Musashi has got to be one of my favorite of the historically honored Samurai, and you captured him brilliantly. I to like to believe he had glowing red eyes, haha!

Wow you made him look like a demon or evil man. I havnt really seen to many dipictions of him like this. Hes usually a hero. He was evil in Samurai Reincarnation i guess.

Is this the Musashi i think of ?
The Miyamoto Musashi, the son of Shinmen Munisai ?
If so then im reading his story right now ^^
